Our Offerings
Raja Yoga Teacher Training
YogaRoots On Location reimagines yoga as a community-rooted system of collective care and health education. Our 13-month, trauma-informed teacher training uses Patanjali’s 8-Limbed Path to support the unlearning of internalized oppression and the integration of embodied liberatory practices.
Professional Offerings
We offer customized workshops for your team or community, providing the opportunity to begin or continue the work of dismantling systems of oppression through a lens of self and collective care. These workshops explore a systems-based framework, self-reflection, and embodiment practices that allow participants to delve deeper into what healing justice can look like in their personal and professional lives. The offerings will be transformative. ✨
Collective Healing
We envision a world where all humans practice collective liberation. For us, this means striving to see each other’s humanity and grounding ourselves in love and joy while we engage in dismantling the internalized oppression that binds and dehumanizes us. This work asks us to explore the intellectual, emotional, embodied, and spiritual facets of this life experience.
We acknowledge that this is a journey and invite folks to come as they are, be with us in community as we investigate our history, and dream about our futures, together.
