Mission:

Engage, educate and empower community members to use yoga-based tools and strategies to reduce or eliminate Pain, Anxiety, Nausea, Insomnia, Constipation and Exhaustion in their lives.

§  We offer the YogaRoots On Location program at The Kingsley Association as a vehicle to raise awareness and inspire change to transform suffering with compassionate action.

 

Present Projects

§  Presently, Felicia teaches teens, adults and children's yoga classes at The Kingsley Community Center, Pittsburgh Community Services Incorporated (PSCI), University Preparatory School (Margaret Milliones) for Schenley Heights Community Center and The Hill House Association and the Thelma Lovette YMCA.

Since 2012, Felicia has worked as a Community Health Worker for UPMC Health Plan, Donnelly-Boland and Associates and The Kingsley Association stationed at The Kingsley Association continuing her passion of assisting community members with resources to reach their goals of being healthier and happier people.
